Birmingham’s oldest hotel, located in the heart of the city, will reopen this summer following extensive renovation. The Redmont Hotel will be in the Curio Collection by Hilton, giving guests the flavor of a boutique hotel along with Hilton benefits. The 120-room hotel will include a fine dining restaurant, a casual café and a rooftop bar. The 14-story historic landmark first opened in 1925, a cut above the rest with a private bath in each room, along with ceiling fans and chilled water.
