CAP IS HERE TO HELP For more than 20 years CAP (City Action Partnership) has been
providing supplemental services downtown helping with safety issues, motorist assistance, and sanitation services. Our guys in red shirts patrol downtown on bicycle and in trucks looking for ways to lend a hand. Common services include jump starts, unlocking vehicles, providing a gallon of gas when you re completely out, and fi xing or changing fl at tires. All services are provided FREE of charge, but only in the CAP district.
The CAP service area stretches from 11th Avenue North to 5th Avenue South and from 18th Street to 22nd Street on the south side and 16th to 22nd Street on the north side.
