Ah, those salad farm-to-table days! It’s time to get fresh with the Farmers Market Tour! No place has the “farm-to-table” movement been more prevalent than here in Birmingham. Heck, our chef celebre, Frank Stitt was doing the farm-to-table thing long before it was even cool.
Ah, brunch! Maybe it’s a generalization that men are notoriously slow about making dinner reservations. Maybe it’s not. Either way, you might want to start now prompting your honey to call that special place you love to have dinner…especially the evening of Valentine’s Day.
Birmingham’s moments in the national spotlight were more than just 15 minutes of fame this past year. They felt more like a full feature movie with the city taking top billing.
Birmingham will be teaming with visitors from the University of South Florida and the University of South Carolina when the schools meet to face off December 29 at the Birmingham Bowl.
