2018 Mercedes Marathon Weekend

Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome to participate in any of the five 2018 Mercedes-Benz Marathon Weekend events. The weekend kicks off on Saturday with the Regions Superhero 5K, the Bell Center EIP Children’s Run and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama Kids Mercedes-Benz Marathon take place. Enjoy the Mercedes-Benz Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relay on Sunday! If you’re not a runner, spectators of all abilities are welcome to cheer on our participants and enjoy the sights and sounds of the event.

Birmingham Volleyball Club Valentine’s Day Bash

21st Annual BVC Valentine’s Day Bash Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Tournament that hosts over 100 teams in 13 different divisions from 12’s-18’s and offers multiple levels at each age group.  Our headquarters at 167 Business Center Drive, Hoover, is central to our satellite playing locations. Our long sleeve red tournament t-shirts are a unique aspect of this tournament and a definite must have! 2017 Birmingham Bowl

Started in 2006, the Birmingham Bowl is the only bowl in the country aligned with both the Southeastern Conference and the American Athletic Conference. Since 2006, the bowl has generated an economic impact of more than $141 million for the Birmingham area. And, through our partnership with the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, we’ve donated $280,000 to the Crippled Children’s Foundation. This year’s game will take place on Saturday, December 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at historic Legion Field.

Talladega Fall Race Weekend

Less than 40 minutes from Birmingham just off I-20 is NASCAR’s Most Competitive and biggest race track– Talladega Superspeedway, which provides fans of all ages the experience of a lifetime.
