Description

Sports museums around the country consider the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame a model of excellence. More than 5,000 sports artifacts are displayed in this 33,000-square-foot home for heroes. Displays include memorabilia from the late University of Alabama Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant, a tribute to Olympic great Jesse Owens, and other displays showcasing the careers of Alabama-connected sports figures such as Hank Aaron, Willie Mays and Joe Louis. Open Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm. Admission.
