Red Mountain Chamber Orchestra
Description
This orchestra exists to educate and give pleasure to the public by performing a repertoire of classical music not otherwise heard in Birmingham and to provide a musical outlet for skilled players, conductors and soloists. Because of its size, the chamber orchestra is able to move about the region, playing in different venues each season, thereby reaching a more diverse audience. As a service to the community, chamber musicians and staff are volunteers and there is not admission charge for concerts.
