Located on 2nd Avenue North in the heart of Birmingham’s loft district, the Collins Bar is a casual and friendly watering hole which serves superior drinks in laidback surroundings. The décor is vaguely retro in an appealing way, with one of the best juke boxes in the city. We particularly like the Periodic Table which takes up the whole of one of the walls and replaces the traditional elements with Birmingham characters. Voted one of the 100 Best Bars in the South and one of the 5 best bars in Birmingham, it’s a rightly popular spot serving quality cocktails like the delicate Honeysuckle Rose, a blend of Cathead vodka, Aperol, ginger liqueur, and egg white.
