A Reunion to Remember!

10am– 1pm

This complimentary expo is intended to introduce planners to the inventory of services available in the greater Birmingham area. In order to utilize planning services offered by the Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau and attend the October 1st Expo your reunion must be held in Birmingham/Jefferson County.  Registration is required. The Reunion Expo  provides planners the opportunity to meet Jefferson County hotels and other service providers eager to be of service in planning the ultimate reunion. The cost to exhibit is $125.00.

You will be provided one six foot skirted table and two chairs.  Only one company per exhibit space allowed.  Only your company’s literature may be distributed.  Table top displays only. Exhibit set-up must be completed by 9:00 am on day of event. If you require electricity, please contact Tara Walton, Director of Tourism at 205-458-8000 or 800-458-8085 ext. 206.. Door prizes are encouraged and welcome.

Registration must be received by Friday, September 23rd to receive confirmation.  Space is limited.  No on-site registration.  No walk-ups. One planner and one guest per reunion and/or registration.
