The Greater Birmingham Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to present an exciting, educational, and motivational customer service workshop exclusively designed for our hospitality industry. The “WOW” Ambassadors Program goal is to raise the quality of customer service in Birmingham and Jefferson County by consistently meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations.
This training program is ideal for any hotel, attraction, restaurant, or transportation provider who deals directly with visitors. The workshops will help attendees improve their attitudes and job performance, learn positive customer service habits, improve interpersonal skills, and gain a greater knowledge of the overall customer service industry.
